  Ordered an BBATI 9800Pro Retail from Mr KingPickle at BigBox OEM prices (shipped) and sent Postal Money Order. Upon receipt he promptly went to the Post Office and shipped card to me still sealed in Retail box and in pristine condition. He kept up correspondence daily and was very grateful that I was willing to send him M.O. up front without even seeing pics of card. I would gladly do business with him again for sealed retail items as his prices are more than reasonable and responses prompt. Very satisfied with my purchase thus far. The man has much support in the Rage3d forums for his integrity.
