  After the first attempt to ship the package failed due to a problem with customs, Steve was quick to let me know, and he shipped them a second time at his own expense. He communicated well throughout the entire deal, and showed a great amount of patience dealing with the situation. Though it took a while to complete, I am happy with this trade and consider it to be a positive experience.
