  Marc is a completely honest trader. When he installed the system, it wasn't coming up and appeared to be DOA. I told him to trash the motherboard/cpu if it was DOA and just send back the ram. He was actually able to get the whole system working, and instead of allowing me to think it was DOA and keep everything for free, he let me know it was working and sent out payment. That kind of honesty is refreshing. Thanks Marc!
