  I asked him if he'd ship first since he had fewer than 15 heats, and he agreed. He packed the RAM very well and shipped it by USPS Priority. I received it after only 3 days, and paid by PayPal about 5 minutes after getting it (and testing to make sure it wasn't DOA). VERY good communication, and a great guy! Thank you!
