    sold a HD that scanned fine for me on my machine, but just got a message from lotus saying that it had bad sectors :-/ loved the transaction, communication was kept and a printout of our emails was actually mailed w/payment! very good idea! if anything else is needed to make up for the HD in any way, i will gladly concure. A+
