    System was damaged in shipping (CPU socket lugs were broken off, optical drives had fallen inside the system) Thankfully, Sai Man was willing to refund a small amount for purchasing a 3-lug HSF, as well as offering a 15-day test period to ensure complete working condition of the system. Everything works, so I'm happy, and he has been nothing but kind from the start, so I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again. Highly recommended seller, A+
