  Excellent communication and follow-up. Textbook transaction as far as he and I are concerned. Now Fed-Ex getting lost finding his house, and then losing the driver and truck makes me scratch my head, but we got the address corrected and delivery was made without another hitch.
  
  I would gladly deal with him again.
