  I sold the PC CD-ROM game "Soldier of Fortune" to Roy.

  Although it took quite a while before the game arrived, Roy was never worried and immediately got in touch with me when the disc finally landed in his mailbox. He's a very pleasant guy to deal with, and I look forward to working with him again.
