    This one is in a strange category. I fried the BIOS on my mobo, PriceChopper offered to lend a hand and hotflash my BIOS chip.

    Extremely helpful, he took an hour of his time (free of charge I might add) to fix my problem.

    Would certainly deal with again although I doubt it'll be free next time :)
