    tim is a great trader!!!
    he packaged the router with bubble wrap and air bags as well as the great packing done by netgear,ie a box in a box riding on air.
    my mailperson gave the wrong key for the parcel box and when i informed he was very helpful and polite.
    kudos to a great trader/shipper/humanbeing
