    palmberg was the Seller on December 1, 2002 ArsTechnica

    This is a redo review. Snakesnfrogs should get top scores in all departments; delivery was fast, product was very nice, and communications were friendly and prompt. I inadvertently posted a negative for him in another review dated the same as this.

    So far, I have not been able to get that negative changed even though the comments in that review certainly indicate that I was very satisfied.
