Review for user cownipples from Buck_Naked

  • ATI 9800 Pro

Buck_Naked was the Seller on October 30, 2003 AnandTech

Purchased what was advertised as a new never used ATI 9800 Pro, with everything but the box. Agreed to crosship. When I got the package, wrong CD was included and asked for the correct CD. Was told he didn't have it, and would order one from ATI and ship it to me. Was promised many times that it was on its way, but never received. Ignored PM's and emails. I was sceptical about the card as it was nowhere near as sharp as I expected, and finally RMA'd with ATI, card was defective and replaced. I never contacted him about the card, as I was having so many issues with the CD, that I felt it was a waste of time to even try. Unsure if I should give neutral or negative, but I will recommend that all traders avoid dealing with this loser.

    Response from cownipples
Going to give me a neutral feedback for missing a ATI driver disc that can be downloaded from the internet. Trust me if the video card was bad I would have been contacted, it was a nice excuse for a neutral eval. If you cant download a driver from the internet, tell me who is the real loser here?
