    Bought 3 dead AMD cpus for $5 + Overpriced shipping

    chynkboi was the Seller on November 1, 2003 AnandTech

    I sent an echeck to this person via paypal since I didn't have enough funds. Even with more heatware than him, he said he would have to wait for it to clear for him to send.

    So, I wait about 10 days and it gets here. Not big deal since I was in no hurry to make my keychains.

    But, the problem is. I was suppose to pay for $5+shipping. The first rate he gave me was $3.85 via priority so I send him $9 incase it goes over a little.

    When I got it, I noticed he ended up sending first class (I told him time didn't matter so I guess he semi-got this... without telling me!)

    Of course i ask him for my $3.17 back (shipping was $.83) as he had promised to refund back after subtracting $5+shipping from my $9.

    He ends up sending me only $2 and claims he used the other 1.17 for some overpriced shipping service from a local place "pakmail"

    His reason is because he wanted it to get here fast and he could not goto the post office. Now, I've already waited long for the echeck to claim, why would time matter? I can take it come few days late no problem as he was delayed shipment long enough.


    This is my comment on him:
    He is dishonest and used my money to pay other people to do his shipping for him when I beleive he should be responsible for his lazyness with his own money, not me!This is exactly like those ebay bastards charging handling cost!

    May $1.17 seem like a little but this has made me lose trust in this guy when he said he would refund me minus shipping cost. I will Never pay this guy extra or first if I am to deal with him again... that is if i ever do.

    This is my real comment/thought on him and the trade to warn other traders. I am sick of people not leaving evals or just a neutral to make it not look as bad even though they thought the trade was a Negative.

    Sent him the processors and gave him back the refund of $2.00 which I did not use towards the shipping cost as agreed by both of us. He then demanded the $1.17 becuase the PakMail company acutally paid .83 to ship the package but I was charged $2.00 to ship it.

    As agreed by both of us I would return whatever money that was leftover that I wasn't charged which was the $2.00 which i refunded him.
