    Carlos is a great trader to deal with. He was always in constant communication and shipped right away when I sent him the payment. The router arrived damaged however and we were able to determine that it was RMA-able. Carlos took it on his part to RMA it and shipped me the new router at no extra cost! I have not seen such generosity and commitment to their buyers. Do not hesitate to deal with him. Carlos is a great guy and great trader! Thank you so much Carlos!
