  Tom is an online trader one runs across on far too rare occasion that not only conducts himself in a completely professional manner at all times, but is a pleasure to be aquainted with in any fashion.
  
  Tom communicated very well via private messages on the forum. We agreed that Tom would pay prior to shipment, and he sent payment via money order the following day (10/29). He kept in constant communication throughout this transaction. On 11/13, the money order (which the two of us together deduced has somehow been lost in the mail) had not yet arrived, and Tom decided to pay instead via PayPal (something he doesn't prefer to do) even though the money order had been sent. Not only did Tom change his preferred method of payment, he went well above and beyond what was necessary, and offered to pay more than the agreed upon amount to cover the fees charged by PayPal completely of his own volition. Both cards were shipped out that day via USPS Media Mail with confirmation. On 11/17, Tom's money order (post marked 10/30) arrived ! We both had quite a laugh, if only out of frustration. After much Post Office related delay, on 11/24 the two sound cards arrived (finally), several days after his money order that was sent via regular First Class mail had been returned to him.
  
  Tom was incredibly patient and understanding throughout this entire process. I certainly will never forget this particular deal, nor could I forget Tom who made the entire experience not only bearable but a sincere pleasure. I highly recommend him - not only an online trader, but as a wonderful person in general.
