    spanky was the Buyer on December 13, 2003 AnandTech

    sold tien a ti4200. he paid very quickly via paypal. for some reason, the card died on the way there, and he returned it or a refund. he was very courteous and prompt in communications throughout. return shipping was quick too. even tho the deal fell through becuz of the video card failing, the transaction went very well, and i would recommend tien as a great trader.
