    He did not ship the item as promised or in a timely manner. Very poor communication. I will not be dealing with this person ever again.

    Got the money order on 12-11-03, shipped package on 12-13-03, 1 day late, yet he gives me a negative?

    I tried to get the package out before I got the Money Order, but could not, due to my work-time frame.

    Person is very inconsiderate, immature and has zero patience. I contacted heatware staff about this feedback. Hopefully this will be removed from my perfect selling record.
