    Phil sold me a used Pentium 4 3.0C Ghz 800FSB Processor in retail package.

    Everything is just as Phil said it was, and the processor works beautifully. The way he packaged for shipping is exemplary, as I think I could have jumped up and down on the package without damage to the contents. I was even getting frustrated trying to rip off all the bubble wrap! He ships really fast, and is also friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He's deserving of his great heatware reputation. Thanks!
