    Chuck was great thru this whole ordeal. He communicated well, shipped quickly and the packaging was great. When I received only 2 pairs of RAM instead of 4, Chuck responded immediately and shipped the missing 2 pairs. He never hesitated about shipping the missing RAM - even though it boiled down to my word against what he thought he shipped. He is truly a Great trader. This is what it's all about folks. It doesn't get any better. I would do business with Chuck anytime. PS - whoever got those 4 sticks of RAM for free outta step forward - do the right thing - and let Chuck know.
