  I sold him aRadeon 9500np and a 13GB HDD

  tefleming was the Buyer on January 5, 2004 AnandTech

  Since he had superior Heat (100+ pos to my 5 or so) he asked me to ship first, no problem.
  I shipped him the goods. He sent me a PM the day he received them informing me that he didn't have the funds available to pay me. I wound up waiting one week before I was paid in full. This would have been a neutral, but he kept me well informed all the way through.
