    bought a stick of crucial ram

    serotone9 was the Seller on January 14, 2004 Other/Unknown

    a truly awful experience.

    - he would not take paypal, had to send a check. no problem, but:
    - he would not cross-ship the memory, even with 1600+ posts and excellent heatware/ebay feedback compared to what he had: none
    - poor communication: kept saying he was "away" and had "just got back, sorry, he will mail it 'tomorrow'"
    - when he finally did mail the package, it was fedex on a SATURDAY, adding a weekened to the delivery time, even though he had the tracking number on friday
    - total time from when the deal was made to receiving the memory: NINETEEN DAYS

    all for a single $25 stick of ram. trader doesn't seem to "get it."

    seeing how this appears to be his first deal, i gave a neutral rating instead of negative, but until he will take paypal or cross-ship for people with good feedback, i'm sorry to say i cannot recommend this trader at this time.

    I believe that I have already addressed these issues in private messages and emails. Post count does not reflect heatware evaluations. It would be naive of me to assume that because you have made numerous posts on a message board that you are a trustworthy buyer. In addition, there are only 2 positive heatware evaluations for your username. While I am glad to see that they are both positive, 2 does not constitute \'excellent\' feedback.

    I do however appreciate the constructive criticism that I was able to take from the experience. I will be sure to be more accomodating and communicative with buyers/sellers.
