    Fraudulent Alienware Laptop Purchase

    hoagtim was the Seller on January 30, 2004 Other/Unknown

    Just like the others... I paid him instantly by PayPal, and Jeremy claimed to ship the laptop to me twice, only to \"recall it\" after Paypal problems. He provided non-working tracking numbers. He made excuses and lied. He has yet to prove there even WAS a laptop. He only agreed to a refund when I reminded him that false representation and using the USPS to commit fraud are federal crimes. I have to wait for the refund to clear his bank, so there is plenty of time for that to bounce. I fully intend to contact authorities and press charges. He is banned from eBay and anandtech.com for many instances just like this. He has to be stopped.

    has to be stopped, your refund is pending, yoru acting like i killed someone, and am getting away with it.

    when all i did was sellu a laptop, then had some snags, and yoru money is being returned. so how is wrong. your not without your money, so u didnt lose anything but a couple days of confusion. cause of paypal. heat doesnt mean nothing to me anymore, as i will not be dealing anymore online, u got your refund, thanks
