  All I can say about this guy is WOW! From start to finish he was a true professional, easy, pleasant, and courteous to deal with. The item was as described and his communication is flawless. I was kept informed every step of the way, and made every effort humanely possible to get it to me ASAP. He even took the time to help me with a few issues I had concerning DVD drives in general. I would not hesitate ever to do business with this gentleman again, and I think that you shouldn?ÇÖt either. He is like Alstate, you?ÇÖre in good hands with him.
