    Attempted to purchase a number of DVDs from Max.

    Max had reported problems with his PayPal account and eBay. These problems lasted approximately a month, delaying the purchase. After a relentless number of follow-ups, Max indicated that he had gotten his accounts straightened out, but that a friend had borrowed one of the DVDs he agreed to sell me and had damaged it. When confronted, Max\'s response was \"Life happens.\" I would strongly advise caution when dealing with Max.

    No transaction ever occurred in this case. I see no reason to leave me a negative eval. Thanks for posting a negative eval in response to a transaction that NEVER HAPPENED.
    \"When confronted...\" I told you the item you wanted was damaged and I would rather not sell it to you. How is that bad trading? I\'m sorry that the item you wanted got damaged, but you never paid me anything so you have no reason to get upset.
