    Two copies WinXP Home OEM

    Tanner was the Seller on March 9, 2004 AnandTech

    2/02 - initial contact
    2/18 - paypaled him
    2/19 - he shipped
    2/23 - received XP Discs - NO COAs
    2/24 - explained (again) what COAs are and WHY I needed them. He removed them...then NOTHING
    2/26 - I PM\'d - nothing
    3/02 - He visited the forums - may or may not have seen my TWO PMs awaiting...didn\'t answer either one
    3/3-5 - no contact back
    3/6 - an I\'m sorry email - forgot to mail the COAs...promise I\'ll mail them this time
    3/10 - received the COA\'s

    Communication was HORRIBLE through out this deal.
    Not a bad trader...but a VERY NEUTRAL deal IMHO.

    Overall - he gave me what I asked for...it just took me a month to get it! Buyer beware - I put all this stuff in writing in our paypal receipt...and he still didn\'t get it.

    I didn\'t know about COA and you didn\'t ask me in the first place! had problem with personal issue, couldn\'t ship COA faster
