  I posted a wanted ad for an AMD Thunderbird CPU, and Rick responded that he had two different ones available. I sent payment via USPS Money Order, and he shipped out the one I wanted. It arrived quickly, but unfortunately was DOA. He was quick to offer the other one as a replacement, and refunded some cash to make up the difference. He shipped the second one out quickly, and it arrived alive and well.
