  Joe played the role of \'Amerifriend\' for me with a number of goods that were purchased from US websites that did not offer to ship to Canada. He received roughly 6-8 packages on my behalf and then promptly forwarded them to me in Canada. He provided great service and did so for only the shipping costs. Considering the time and patience required to do this self-less act for me, Joe deserves more than just a positive Heatware feedback; he officially received my \"Golden Amerifriend\" award for 2004.
