    Athlon (Slot A) 800 mhz Mobo (AMD 750 based chipset) *not sure of the manufacturer* The clip that holds the chip on the sides broke off, but can easily be super glued back on... it works perfectly without it, you just may not want to tip it upside down... will include an Intel NIC with it....
