  I purchased a 9700pro from him on [H] about 2-3 months ago.. maybe even longer. Well, turns out, once I got the card it was faulty. Gave bad image on the screen. So i give Ray a call up and tell him whats up, he suggests I try a couple other things (drivers, power plug, etc). But to no avail. So i send him a screenshot of what I got, and we agreed that I would send the card back to him. He gets it and when he does the ramsink fell off!!! I did not touch the ramsink, and neither did he. So we figured it was FEDEx fault because the box was damaged upon him receiving it. We then decided to file an insurance claim..... wow, what a loooooong and tedious process. It took about 2-3mths but in the end everything worked out. Raymond is the best seller there is!! He would not stop until this thing was settled. I almost lost faith, but he kept on going, resending in the claims, calling ati, pulling rabbits out of his hat... im telling you, this guy is simply the best! Wish everyone was as nice and persistent as he was. Great communication, HONEST, great trader!! Thanks a bunch Raymond.
