  Henry was a pleasure to deal with. He was patient with me during my end-of-term, and was generally very polite and understanding in his e-mails. His payment, in the form of a MO, arrived very timely after he\'d received the core. All in all, I\'m happy with this deal, and would sell to Henry again anytime.
