    everything came packed perfect, where do i start, he has great communication, this is $1400, he cross-shipped, i sent check, perfect communication the whole time, i had alot of questions and he answered them all, i hope to deal with him again, i am very very satisfied with the whole deal, laptop is great! if i have to buy another high dollar item, i WILL try to buy from him again, he is trustworthy, i highly recommend him, this deal went perfect the whole time, if they had a higher rating, he would deserve it
