  Bad comunication and has not replied to my emails for several weeks now. I paid for the pump on April 16, and he supposedly sent the pump out the end of that week. I did not receive confirmation of the package being sent out or anything. On May 4, I received an email where he stated that the package had been returned, since he had written down the wrong zip code (a package should still be deliverable, since the street and city are correct). He said that he would send the package out again with confirmation. Since that email, it has been over 3 weeks and I have received no reply from him, even though I have emailed him numerous times asking for some kind of response or confirmationt that the package had been sent.
