    gateway 2000 computer

    ashenfang was the Seller on May 25, 2004 Overclockers.com

    Set up payment plan on a gateway 2000 computer, issued $50 to the seller, then would pay balance. However, apon recieving the system, there were problems, contacted seller, gave computer back and let him keep the $50. He claims I changed out hardware, however, if you would like proof, I can show you that he himself did not know what hardware was in the computer, so how can he make an accusation that hardware was changed? Email me if you would like the proof of this. Do not do business with this person! Although this transaction was out of the message forum, many of the moderators on OC agreed that I had done nothing wrong, and that his accusations had no ground.

    This person is mad at me because I had to physcially go to their house to get the system back...and that is correct about the hardware since it was not my system too sell...but I did have permission to sell the system to them...upon getting the system back 3 weeks after they said they would give the system back and after threatening to bring theft chrages...the true owner contacts me and informs me on what was replaced...

    As for the accusationgs that he has done nothing wrong...kind of funny if this wasnt accepted through the forums that I have evey PM on this deal...and the Mods have been incontact saying that they WILL solve this issue with this person since this is NOT the first time

    As you can see how he likes to confuse the facts with myth...

    And if this deal was not done through OC...then why would he have to contact the Mods about this?
