  Rick was very friendly and communicative and readily answered all my (extensive) questions both before and after I purchased two CPUs and heatsinks from him. He shipped the same day I sent Paypal and made sure I had my tracking number the same evening. The package arrived well-packed with the contents 100% intact and working as described. All in all this is one of the smoothest online trades I have ever had and given the chance I would gladly trade with him again.
