    Hoang (yourdeardaniel) is better at communicating than most of the traders I have dealt with. He is prompt and he is clear with the details.

    He was going to test out the processor he was selling, but a mishap occurred and he broke it during installation. Immediately, he let me know what had happened and ensured a refund right away. Sure enough, I got my money back without any hassle whatsoever.

    Hoang is an honest guy and I would trade with him again. A++ in communicating.
