  he provided excellent shipping advice, and was easy to communicate with. when I received the ram, i noticed one stick was missing; it was an error in our communication. he MORE THAN COMPENSATED by including: (these items I selected from a list he gave me)an IDE ribbon cable, a bag of assorted computer screws, and the previously agreed upon ram in a second package.
