    i paid on saturday, and he responded, "I'll be sending out the CF card on Tuesday. PO closed for the day and Mon is a holiday. I hope you do not mind. Thanks for the transaction!"
    on thursday i receive an email from usps saying he shipped a package. there was no contact from saturday to thursday. he never told me that he did not ship it out tuesday, nor wednesday. it was only when i got the email from usps that i realized something was wrong.
    i asked him about it, and he acknowledge not shipping it tuesday. he offered to refund my money fully, even taking care of my shipping.
    i did receive the card in good condition.

    I did not inform him that I would be shipping out the item two days later. For this, I asked him numerous times if he would like for a full refund and I'd take care of the shipping back to me. He declined more than three times. I tried to make it very right for the two days that was lost. I did not ship it out two days after I said I would on purpose. Again, I was willing and still am willing to give him a full refund and pay for shipping back to me if he is not happy with the time in which it was processed/shipped.
