  Chris kept great communication and was very courteous throughout our deal. When I first received the ram, it wouldn't run on my system because of some timing problems. Chris immediately offered a full refund upon hearing this. Not soon after, I did get the ram running, but it was a great to hear a trader not hesitate to do the right thing. Highly recommended.
