    ShyChineseGuy was the Seller on July 22, 2004 Other/Unknown

    Sent disk and manual quickly, well packaged. However, he did not include the Certificate of Authenticity, which has the alphanumeric code needed to get the program to load. I've PMed him, sent him e-mail, and posted on his for sale thread, but he is not communicating with me. What a ripoff, Windows XP Pro is worthless without the COA. Do not do business with Parisi, he's bad news! I want to warn others so you won't get ripped off too!

    What this guy has mentioned over and over was NEVER stated on the for sale thread nor he evem mentioned it himself before making the choice of purchasing it, i did offer a solution, but not what he wished for, which explains the negative feedback, I have not left him negative feedback either and calling it a rip off and bad news is far from the truth.
