    Coolermaster Case

    HaVoK was the Buyer on August 1, 2004 AMDMB

    This is in response to the way the buyer handled himself after recieving the case. This is what I left for my reply.

    "I'm still waiting for UPS to give me the money back for the "Damaged" case.

    After buyer recieved, he contacted me and left feedback that everything was fine. A few days later I get an e-mail saying the case is damaged. How could everything be fine and then it's damaged? That's cool.

    UPS handled it and reviewed the claim. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME. I finally found where the case was and told them I wanted to see it. This wasn't in the same condition I sent it. The have told me the money for the claim is on the way.

    I'm still waiting. As soon as it comes in, he will have a full refund.

    Don't leave evals unless you know the score. I sent you a case in fine shape, and days after you recieve, it's suddenly broken?"
