    Great communication. A slight oversight (heatsink wasn't pinned to video card during shipment). Thanksfully nothing was damaged and the card works great.

    Doug was great throughout though and offered a refund if the card had been damaged. Good guy, good trader, fast shipping.

    Would trade with again. Thanks.
