  Agreed to ship the laptop after 1/2 paid, and warranty transfer after 2nd 1/2 paid.
  
  Forgot to send an important driver disc with the system so I had to download all of the drivers by hand, but found the disc and shipped it to me asap.
  
  Laptop met expectations, was in perfect condition, works perfectly (Though I hate its battery life...that's laptops for you though...heh)
  
  Very good seller, made my first $200+ purchase a complete success.
