  I had to rewrite this as it became a book. I simply cannot say enough or state everything Jim did going well above and beyond what one could hope for. Great communication, HONEST, a good sense of humor, and lightening fast payment. I made mistakes twice and he kept even keeled and even joked about one of them. He even took the time to provide me with information and advice that was for my benefit. Jim is an extremely fair an honest individual that is pleasure to do business with.
