    I have to say this experience was overall quite disappointing. After he agreed to ship the card overnight, he realized the next day that overnight shipping was too much money and sent it priority. This of course caused me problems because I needed the card in quickly. Regardless, he agreed to refund me the difference of the shipping cost to make up for the time lost. After some other technical difficulties, jarett has NOT kept in touch with me and I had to take an active stance to get a hold of him.

    It's been over two months now and I still have not received the promised shipping refund. He does not live up to his words and I have not seen him online ever since. Excuses do not solve anything.

    I check my PO Box daily, and still no check, no money order. When I get the promised funds maybe I will change this rating.
