    No Idea how I wound up with Neutral heat. I shipped first to him, so he could test it out and make sure for himself the product was A-Ok. He messaged me at 12:30am, 9/19, for the product. I had it shipped by 8:30am the next morning, 9/20. "First person in the post office style"... Just as I do with every other customer of mine who has left POSITIVE evals before.
    I gave him more than 20% off a brand new, unused product... As I usually do with every customer who's left POSITIVE evals before. I Packed it as if I were sending the Virgin Mary a vase and my life depended on it... AS I DO WITH EVERY CUSTOMER, who's subsequently left POSITIVE evals. And lastly, I'd like to include that my standards of trading and selling has never shifted, altered, or has been approached with a lazy attitude. Certainly never an attitude or approach to warrant a "Neutral" evaluation.

    I go above and beyond the call of duty for people I sell to. Neutrality, being just "ok", being just nominal is unacceptable for me, so I act accordingly in such a manner that reflects this. I would not want that nominal approach extended to me, and I do not extend that to others. There is -no- reason Joe should not be 100% content, satisfied, and especially, there is no reason imo, to leave a neutral evaluation for this.
