Dell XP Home
Hellraiser was the Seller on October 3, 2004 AnandTech
[UPDATE from HeatWare Administrator on 4/30/2016]
SirStan requested that this evaluation be removed due to the age of the evaluation, the fact that Hellraiser was banned for a forum, and his good trading record since. We are complying with this request on good faith and because it appears that a couple of other traders had issues with Hellraiser as well. Instead of deleting this evaluation, we are changing it form a Neutral to a Positive so a record of this change is maintained
[END UPDATE]
In hindsight, his ID (my con id)should had given me a clue but it did not 'click' at the time plus he had 10 Heat.
Made a deal on 9/15 with Stan (myconid) for a Dell XP Home and I sent him the Paypal. He does have only 10 Heat vs 160 of mine but the amount was small and he had some Heat.
And that is the last I heard of him. He never PMd or emailed me about shipping it. I inquired, no answer. I have been sending him warning PMs the last week and although he has logged in almost every day, he never bothered to return ANY of my PMs or send me a tracking number.
So, I think he is long overdue. I just filled with Paypal for a refund and I am posting negative Heat on him.
It is a small amount and I am always surprised to see people pulling crap like this for a few bucks but I guess a few bucks is serious money to some people.
Anyway, I am done with warning him and waiting. Chalk down one more on your lists and stay safe.
Response from SirStanThis event did occur, and I appologize for the turnout, however as I stated, I have no way to put money into my Paypal account. I have sent them three checks, one certified, and none have arrived and been cashed into the account.
I offered you a full refund and the product, however you just wanted your money back. As my paypal account is currently locked, and I don't have a way to put money into it, I am at a loss here.
I have emailed you multiple times in an attempt to clear this up, and it is still going on how 6 months later.
Full refund, or full refund and product are still available, but you refuse to contact me.

I am not perfect, I have screwed up. Check my ebay feedback, I had an issue there too, and I offered full refund and product, and the buyer was completely satisfied.October 3, 2004
