  Contacted me about my request for an optical drive on Hardforums. Wasn't able to test the item before shipping so he sent out the item before I paid even though I had less Heat. Once I got it, he was very patient with giving me time to test out the drive and make sure I was happy with it before worrying about payment. Very patient, very professional. Awesome trader!
