  Very nice guy. He had a problem with the Live card and patiently figured out the problem instead of jumping to conclusions or immediately becoming suspicious (turned out to be a jumper setting). Communication was outstanding throughout the transaction. Items were shipped quickly and were packed very securely. I look forward to future trades with him.
