  i received the modem packed great, i did leave heat for getting the package, and the great communication the trader has, when i got around to test the modem, it powered up then went off, i realized the plug for the modem was not the one that went to the modem, i called the trader, he refunded me $15 to buy a universal plug, it did this under 24 hours of time he found out about the problem, i will definatly recommend this trader to anyone, he is true to his word, he sees the deal through start to finish, and communicates perfect, highly recommend him, i felt like i had to leave some heat about the way he took care of this trade, i hope to deal with him again, thankyou again for takeing care of this trade -- chris
