  I traded a Dell Dimension 4400 for a Dell Inspiron 3800. Decent desktop for a decent laptop.

  Deal went as smooth as butta. Thermo was direct and very honest about everything. We spoke on the phone a few times during the transaction to ensure each other that all was well.
  
  Communication is definately a strong point here along with his promises. The laptop was better than he described. He was very honest all the way and I knew the short coming he described before it got here. He used FedEx which is a great feature and helps you track it along.
  
  I was comfortable through the the whole deal.
